General Conditions:
Arrival / Departure:
During school holidays arrivals are Saturday from 16:00 and departures by 10:00. Outside the months of July and August other arrival and departure days may be possible. Weekends, long weekends and mid-week breaks are also possible outside peak periods or last minute if available. Don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements.
Included in the rental:
Charges (water, electricity, heating, wood)
Taxe de séjour (local tax levied at €0.50 per person per night)
Not included in the rental:
Bedding and towels
Cleaning at the end of the stay
Available on request:
High chair – no charge
Travel cot - no charge
Buggy – no charge
Bedding – €5 per person
Towels – €2.50 per person
Cleaning following departure – €25
Reservations:
A deposit is taken to secure the booking and a rental contract will be issued, stating when the balance is due, this is normally 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A breakages deposit of €100 is due on the day of arrival and will be returned no later than 8 days following departure.
Pets:
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
Conditions fo Payment:
Payment is accepted by cheque, cash or bank transfer in euros. Payment in sterling may also be accepted at a pre-agreed rate of exchange.
